Hey, aging baby boomers, are you feeling like a burden on society?
Well, that’s because you are!
You have fucked up the planet with your selfish ways. You demand big empty houses, big, gas guzzling cars, big wasteful life styles! You absolutely refuse to share one cent of your stash with the next generation! You guard your exorbitant wealth like a mother lion guards her cubs, fiercely resisting any change to capital gains tax, negative gearing, franking credits. You love high interest rates – more cash for folks with big bank balances Most of our precious health budget is wasted just keeping you alive, yet you constantly demand lower taxes. You try to spend all your money on trips to Europe and 4x4s to pull enormous caravans around the country with signs saying, ‘spending the kids inheritance – ha ha ha!’ The moto of your generation, “Who gives a shit about the grandchildren, we are having a ball!” You leave all the heavy lifting on agitating for action on climate change to the young, then you tell them, “you are waisting your time, you’re doomed to fail.”
YOU are THE most selfish generation that has ever walked the earth!
Well, it’s time to give something back, take your Nembutol and DROP DEAD!
Leave all your wealth to some kid in Ethiopia! It is the least you can do.
The world will be a better place without you!

Sick of reading your rubbish. I was born in 1960. Glad of that. I don’t have a caravan or an investment property. You have insulted me and you don’t even know me.
Well, if you are liing frugally it obviously wasn’t meant for you, was it? It was a general broadside at all baby boomers including myself. We are just far too content to sit back and watch the world disintegrate before our eyes.
Hey Ben, aren’t you a baby boomer too? Let’s not generalise. Yes, we realise we were conned…and so are too many of the current generation. Topping ourselves is less helpful than living more frugally and responsibly than the young guy over the road with his guns and gas guzzler. Cheers
