GOVERNMENT HEALTH WARNING FOR SLEEPY HOLLOW!
Hey, I don’t know if you noticed, but Covid has arrived in the Shire
.(4 cases, somewhere out in the netherlands. Don’t write your will just yet)
The moment of reckoning is upon us.
So far 2.5 billion people world-wide have been fully vaccinated.
So we can safely say there is more data available on this vaccine than any other drug in history, by a country mile.
If you choose to remain unvaccinated, the overwhelming bulk of evidence shows that –
• the transmission rate of SARS-CoV-2,
• the infection rate of Covid-19,
• the symptom rate among the infected,
• the incidence of severe infection,
• the incidence of hospitalization,
• and the death rate from Covid-19
– will be significantly higher for you than for someone who is fully vaccinated.
Despite mounting an enormous assault of misinformation,
the Anti-vaxers have not been able to budge any of these core facts,
so they concentrate on other low hanging fruit instead.
Just like with climate change, it is not enough to have your qualms and lingering doubts.
If you are going to do nothing about climate change you had better be 100% certain
that it does not exist. If there is even a 1% chance you are wrong,
that is a 1% chance that the world will be incinerated.
A 1% chance is a big chance.
The same goes for Covid.
Can you be 100% sure that your decision to do nothing about it will not lead to more death and disability for your fellow Castlemaniacs, some of whom you may have feelings for?
l have had volumes of data thrown at me from anti-vaxers. Every piece of it proving conclusively that 999 out of every thousand experts are wrong. Sometimes it can take over half an hour to debunk these fallacies, riddled with falsities and glaring errors. But luckily, most of the time you just have to scroll down to the comments section to see that some kind soul has done that for you. How do your anti-vaxers deliberately ignore the comments by people who point out all the mistakes? Mistakes are not opinions, they are errors in interpreting data. Yes, data is extremely difficult to decipher.
Best left to the experts, don’t you think?
“No way! The so-called ‘experts’ are part of the conspiracy.
They are the last people we are going to listen to.
We, the great unvaxed, are quite capable of deciphering even the most complex of data.
We don’t need experience, we have faith!
We know before we start that the data will prove vaxines don’t work,
and sure enough, we are right every time”.
So you can choose not to get the jab, which is your right. But, unfortunately you will still be burdened with responsibility.
The only responsible thing to do is to isolate yourself from society altogether.
Don’t worry, you will not be alone.
There are plenty of others who couldn’t give a shit about the rest of society,
or they hate society, or they want to destroy society.
There will be thousands of them, happy to join you on your remote island.

There are charities willing to provide dinghies, tents, digging sticks and rabbit traps, all free of charge.
While you are there….it could be a long stay, I suggest you totally redesign society based on your novel ideas.
That will keep you amused for a while. Try not to eat each other, but if you must – please leave the kids till last.
