The attributions of human characteristics or behaviour to an animal.

-we expect something better than this, OK.

Calling all artists, the 2019 Caspa group show is all about the animal. If you have work that is 3D, 2D or just plain animal – bring it along.

(No live animals are to be left unattended)

(No live sex acts between different species without informed consent)

(No roadkill)

Important dates:

Drop work off at Caspa from Monday 25 November

with Artist name:
Title of Work: /Medium/Price (if for sale) and your contact details
$10 application fee (covers cost of opening drinks etc)

We will not be accepting works after Wednesday 4 December.

Exhibition opening:

Friday 6 December 6 – 8 pm

Works to be collected: Saturday January 4 between 10 am and 12 noon.

Castlemaine-based commissions – EOI openMetanoia Theatre is looking to receive EOIs from local artists to be commissioned to create bespoke installations for found spaces within a local building and/or run workshops with community groups, to facilitate the community to create installations across 2020.

To get an idea of the concept in play, check out Rone’s Empire in the Dandenong Ranges and Meow Wolf’s House of Eternal Return in Santa Fe.

We are now seeking applications for a new concept, THE CHRYSALIS PROJECT, where Lot19 donate a free studio to an emerging artist of particular vigour and talent so they can pursue their craft beyond immediate financial constraints.
